Acceptable Use Policy
This Acceptable Use Policy sets out the standards expected of all users of the PULSS platform. It applies to everyone who accesses or uses PULSS, including organisation admins, managers, operatives, and client viewers.

Permitted use
PULSS is designed for legitimate workplace operations: running checks, tracking issues, managing actions, and reporting on service standards.
You may use PULSS for your business's internal operational management, and to share reports with authorised clients or stakeholders.
Prohibited use
You must not: attempt to access another company's workspace or data; share login credentials with unauthorised people; use the platform for any unlawful purpose; upload content that is illegal, abusive, defamatory, or infringes third-party rights; attempt to interfere with or disrupt the platform or its infrastructure; use automated tools to scrape, extract, or overload the service; impersonate another user or organisation.
Operational responsibility
PULSS supports operational decision-making but does not replace trained judgement, safety procedures, or regulatory requirements.
Urgent safety issues must be escalated through your organisation's agreed process, not solely through the PULSS platform.
You are responsible for ensuring that the operational information, photos, and notes added by your team are accurate.
Content standards
All content uploaded to the platform must be relevant to your operational work and comply with applicable law.
Do not upload personal data about individuals beyond what is necessary for operational management.
Photos and notes should be professional and work-related.
Consequences of breach
We may suspend or terminate access for accounts that breach this policy, without prior notice where we consider it necessary to protect the platform or other users.
Serious breaches may be reported to relevant authorities.
